Roof System Tune-Up
A roofing tune-up is a process in which we inspect the roof system in great detail, beyond that of a basic inspection, from which we provide repairs and preventative maintenance with the intention of prolonging the life of the roof. Annual Roof System Tune Ups, are required by material manufacturers in order to stay compliant with their material warranty. Even if the warranty period is over, or if the roof system hasn't been in compliance, annual tune ups aid in keeping maintenance costs low, and limits the number of roof leaks that occur each year.
Roof System Replacement
One of the most feared projects at an association is the replacement of roofs that have passed their expiration date.
